Bonuses & promotions

How wagering works, VIP programmes, reload and seasonal offers, and what to check before you claim.

Wagering rules

Wagering (playthrough) is the number of times you must bet your bonus—and sometimes bonus plus deposit—before you can withdraw winnings. UK operators typically set 30x to 50x. Game weights apply: slots often count 100%, table games may count 10% or be excluded. Max bet per spin or hand during wagering is often capped (e.g. £5). Always read the full bonus terms on the operator's site.

VIP and loyalty bonuses

Many sites run loyalty or VIP schemes that reward regular play with cashback, free spins, higher withdrawal limits, or dedicated account managers. Tiers and rewards vary. Check whether points expire and what the wagering is on any bonus credits.

Reload bonus

Reload bonuses are offered on later deposits (e.g. second or third deposit). They often match a percentage of your deposit up to a cap. Same wagering and game rules usually apply as for the welcome offer. Opt-in may be required.

Seasonal and special promos

Operators run time-limited promos around holidays or events. These can include free spins, prize draws, or extra match bonuses. Terms and eligibility (e.g. minimum deposit, selected games) always apply. Check the promotions page and T&Cs before taking part.

Bonus FAQ

Do I have to opt in?

Many UK bonuses require you to opt in via the cashier or promotions page. If you don't opt in, the bonus may not be applied.

What happens if I don't complete wagering?

Unused bonus and any winnings from it are usually forfeited when the bonus expires or is cancelled. Check the operator's terms.
